About Andrew

My name is Andrew Parr. I’ve worked as a Consultant Hypnotherapist for more than 20 years, and have been involved in Tinnitus Research for about 4 years. I currently have a private practice in London’s Harley Street as well as a clinic in a Forest Row, East Sussex, where I live with my wife and three children.

.

For more than 20 years I have helped all sorts of people with all sorts of problems, and those have included many Tinnitus patients, but it was my involvement with the Tinnitus Research Initiative [TRI], a privately funded, world-wide Tinnitus Research Organization, that accelerated my experience of Tinnitus.

I do not claim to be an expert, but I have spent a lot of time investigating this phenomenon, and have also spent a lot of time talking with and listening to many of the worlds leading experts and researchers in this field. I’m pleased to say that some of these people I now consider to be good friends.

I first met Pabel Jastroboff, one of the worlds leading authorities on Tinnitus, at the first full TRI conference several years ago. His theory is still the most widely accepted, as far as I know, yet he was still gracious enough to be a willing participant in a workshop I was asked to present two years later, entitled “Challenging Our basic Assumptions”. Or in other words… “What if Pabel’s got it wrong?”.

That’s what I like about Tinnitus Research. With very few exceptions most of the worlds leading authorities on the subject still seem open to discussion and debate, which means at any moment a new breakthrough could come from any source and any idea – however abstract.

As a hypnotherapist most of my patients want to know if I really can just “click my fingers” and send this Tinnitus sound away. Theoretically, yes, it is that easy, but practice is somewhat different. In my Tinnitus Relief Programme, that I want to share with you, I have put across the principles of what I do in exercises that are easy for you to follow.

I have genuine experience in successfully helping people during one-to-one sessions. These are real people, and my Tinnitus Relief Programme will help many more people like them, I sincerely hope that you are one of them.

Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me and I hope you find the site and the program useful.

Best wishes,

Andrew Parr
